BAD VIBRATIONS
i received an e-mail in september from federica sala from the spanish publishing house index books. they wanted to feature some of my iconic tv posters.
i immediatly replied with the request for a list of the posters she wanted to feature.
i didn’t get an answer.
after a month the deadline is overdue so she contacted me again.
again without the list but mentioning:
“The book will be released in spring of 2013, we will send you a copy of the book, shipping costs not included.”
shipping costs not included … hm.
so i wrote her back:
just so that there is not missunderstanding on my end: you would like me to provide you with my designs so that you can sell books (hopefully with profit) and instead of getting something for participating i have to pay a fee in form of shipping cost?
is that correct?
her answer:
bad vibrations.
forget it.
